Hyatt House - University Village Colorado Springs

Fast personnel and cozy location.

I loved the very amiable staff and gorgeous breakfasts. The room was immaculate and absolutely perfect, the bed was very comfy. It was a cozy hotel in a beautiful area. Moreover, pro rodeo hall of fame museum was 10 minutes' walk away.

We booked an immaculate and fabulous room. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The location was perfect for traveling around Colorado Springs, near the beautiful bike path, a business park, stores. Clean facilities and the pool was nice. It was a great base for our very nice stay.

Absolutely perfect location and exceptionally comfortable beds. New building, clean and separate bedroom. There was a fantastic bar on site, appreciated this place. We had the best stay at this pet-friendly hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible, unfortunately.

The weather was warm, had relaxing stay. Spotless hotel with an attractive lobby. Room had a tiled bathroom and WiFi and hairdryer.

A glorious hotel in an ideal location, everything was fantastic. The stuff did all they can for a pleasant stay. Glamorous rooms with luxurious bathrooms, good value. A clean beach, splendid view.

The place is spotless, the room is nicely refurbished, the staff is amazingly attentive. Thai style hotel with modern furniture in the rooms. Tidy lobby.

The hotel was in a residential area and had comfortable rooms. This new generation property was in pet friendly location. Wonderful staff, they kept the venue fairly clean. The pool was heated, the breakfast was free.

Beautiful room, late check out, highly professional staff. Even though you guys made our stay wonderful, beds were too soft. Rich breakfast, superb service. Unbeatable location to a hillside park.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi signal was very weak.

Worth its 3 stars. Family suite had all necessary amenities. Its location is good.

Very clean place with best stuff.

The hotel was deluxe, as expected. Staff was courteous and the little extra touches like multi-channel TV, a seating area and ironing facilities in the room was a treat. Easy base for a 3-night stay.

Accommodating staff providing EXCEPTIONAL service. Large room. Very easy to get from Colorado Springs airport, just 19 miles.

Totally a WONDERFUL experience. A couch and a couch bed were much appreciated during our weekend. A good home base for sleep.

A small kitchen was a big plus. Honestly no complains at all. Hotel had a pool.

Morning meal food was free. Location near garden of the gods. This luxury hotel met needs for its 3 stars...
